I. Overview
The speed encoder for high-speed railway locomotives developed and produced by Shanghai Yuanben Magnetoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. has performance indicators that reach those of similar international products and can replace the Japanese Mokawa speed sensor TS5840N series and TS5841N series speed sensors (also known as speed encoders).
It adopts the principle of magnetic induction and is formed by CNC one-piece processing into a sturdy alloy shell. It is anti-interference, anti-surge, anti-vibration and anti-shock, with superior performance. It can withstand sudden changes in high and low temperatures, is dust-proof, water-proof and oil-proof, with a protection level of IP67. It is equipped with a self-repairing speed signal function, ensuring stable, safe and reliable performance.
The product can be applied to the CRH2 high-speed railway vehicles produced by CSR, the CRH3 high-speed railway vehicles produced by CNR, as well as various types of heavy-duty mainline locomotives and metro vehicles produced by CSR and CNR.
