Application in the Food Production Process

In the food baking process, such as the production of bread, cookies, and other products, the temperature control inside the oven directly affects the color, texture, and quality of the products. The TST temperature transmitter is installed inside the oven and can monitor the temperature changes in real time and transmit the data to the control system. Through precise temperature feedback, the control system can automatically adjust the heating power of the oven to ensure that the temperature inside the oven is uniform and stable within the set range. In the fermentation process of pharmaceuticals, such as antibiotics and vitamins, temperature is a key factor influencing the growth and metabolism of microorganisms. The temperature inside the fermentation tank needs to be precisely controlled within the optimal growth range of microorganisms, typically between 30°C and 40°C. The TST temperature transmitter is installed inside the fermentation tank and, through its high-precision measurement capability, continuously monitors the temperature changes of the fermentation liquid. When there is a slight deviation in temperature, the temperature transmitter can promptly feed back to the control system, which automatically adjusts the heating or cooling devices based on the feedback signal to ensure that the temperature inside the fermentation tank remains stable at the optimal value, thereby enhancing fermentation efficiency and ensuring the quality and yield of the drugs.

In the synthesis reaction process of pharmaceuticals, many chemical reactions have strict temperature requirements.
