In the field of industrial sensing, standard inductive proximity sensors have been able to meet the application requirements of the vast majority of general scenarios. At the same time, the objects to be detected are of various shapes and materials, including copper, aluminum, stainless steel, ferromagnetic materials, and even magnets of different types. More importantly, for some core and critical equipment, any unexpected shutdown may cause huge losses, which undoubtedly puts extremely high demands on the reliability of sensors.

In the face of these individualized industrial demands, ordinary standard sensors often fall short. MPS series magnetic proximity switches

The MPS series magnetic proximity switches include three sub-series: memory type C, conversion type D, and iron detection type F. They have core advantages such as contactless operation, explosion-proof and waterproof features, and an extremely long service life. The C type supports position "self-locking memory", the D type is equipped with SPDT reed contacts, is compatible with a wide voltage range of 5-250V, and has a response frequency of up to 20kHz. The F type can specifically detect iron parts without an external magnetic field and has a compact size. With an IP69K high protection rating, it is easy to clean. The voltage, detection distance, and installation methods of this series of products can be customized and have been widely applied in the automotive, metallurgy, chemical, smart home, and automatic counting and alarm systems.

The MPS series has a compact structure, saving "golden" space for users.

MPS

IPS series inductive proximity switches
The IPS series inductive proximity switches are also known as contactless switches or contactless travel switches. They consist of an inductive coil and peripheral components to form an oscillator. When a metal object approaches, the induced eddy current disrupts the oscillation conditions, and the signal is then processed and amplified to achieve the detection function. The product is classified by power supply type as AC type and DC type, and the output types cover two-wire, three-wire, NPN and PNP types. It can be adapted to the detection of various metal targets and has a maximum operating temperature of 280℃. It is widely used in fields such as machinery, metallurgy, textiles, chemical industry, power, railways, etc., and can realize functions such as high-speed counting, metal object detection, speed measurement, and liquid level control.
It effectively solves the failure and instability of sensors when operating in long-term high-temperature environments at the user site.

HPS Series Hall Effect Proximity Switches

The HPS series Hall effect proximity switches are position sensors based on Hall elements. They change the internal circuit state by utilizing the Hall effect generated when a magnetic object approaches, thereby achieving on-off control of the switch. The detection process is not affected by the speed at which the object approaches. The products adopt M16 or M18 cylindrical external thread installation methods, and the installation position can be flexibly adjusted through double nuts. They feature stable and reliable performance, high cost-effectiveness, high response frequency, resistance to harsh environments, and a wide range of applicable power supply voltages. They are widely used in position control, automatic counting, process connection, and speed detection in the automation control links of light industry, textile, printing, and mechanical and metallurgical equipment.
