I. Description
The product model VPS21-A002-3-I (product code VPS-1133-001) is a three-axis accelerometer composed of three sensing elements within a single housing. The VPS vibration sensor senses three mutually perpendicular axes at a single installation position. Supporters of multi-axis sensors cite the improvement of data collection speed, inherently consistent readings and the reduction of permanent installation wiring. Three-axis sensors can be used to monitor machinery with restricted access to the installation area. They provide complete dynamic data over a wide frequency range horizontally, vertically and axially from a single installation location. The sensor is sealed with epoxy resin and is equipped with a robust integral cable, providing a secure connection and reliable data transmission.
II. Characteristics
It is equipped with 3 built-in vibration sensors (accelerometers, 0.05-100Hz).
2. Three-axis measurements can be carried out in the A, B and C directions, with a range of -2g to +2g, and the range can be customized (-6g to +6g).
3. It can independently detect one or up to 12 frequency bands for each measurement channel, and user-defined digital filters can also be used.
