I. Description
The VPS-V001 (Vibration pickup sensor) vibration sensor is mainly used to measure the vibration of bearing housings, casings or mechanical structures. The vibration of the rotor supported by rolling will be transmitted to the bearing housing, and the vibration sensor installed on the base or very close to the casing. This type of sensor measures vibration. The vibration sensor can measure the mechanical vibration (absolute vibration relative to free space) of rotating or reciprocating mechanical motion, provide signals to the detection instrument, and be used to predict and alarm mechanical faults.
The VPS-V001 magnetic-electric induction vibration sensor outputs voltage by the internal moving coil cutting the magnetic field lines. It utilizes the principle of magnetic induction to convert the vibration velocity quantity into a voltage quantity for output. The output voltage is directly proportional to the vibration velocity, so it is also called a velocity vibration sensor.
The company has developed three types of vibration sensors (VPS-VXXX magneto-electric induction type, VPS-AXXX accelerometer type and VPS-ECXXX eddy current induction type) to adapt to different working conditions and meet the low frequency (0.5Hz-20Hz). Vibration detection of medium frequency 10Hz-300Hz and high frequency (50Hz-2000Hz).
