The LST type liquid level sensor can continuously monitor the refrigerant liquid level in the condenser or evaporator and accurately convert the displacement of liquid level changes into a 4-20mA analog linear standard signal output. This sensor adopts a three-wire working mode and can be combined with any refrigeration unit controller with an input of 4 to 20 mA to form a liquid level control system. In addition, it can also be connected to indicating instruments, recorders, regulators and other instruments, as well as DCS systems and PLC systems, to achieve the measurement, display and control of liquid level.
The real-time monitoring of the refrigerant level by using the liquid level sensor and the electronic expansion valve as the flow control actuator, combined with the refrigeration unit controller to form a closed-loop liquid level control system to control the refrigerant level, has become the standard mode of the refrigeration unit control method. This control method not only has higher stability and a wider control range, but also can easily adjust the appropriate control parameters to ensure the smooth operation of the unit and improve the operational efficiency.
