Application of Sensor of Source Origin in Oil Lubrication Station System and Coal Mill Monitoring System of Power Plant

Our company has developed temperature, pressure, speed, vibration sensors for the power generation industry to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the system. Sensor to meet the environmental protection grade IP65 above requirements, can adapt to high temperature, dust environment. Signal output 4 ~ 20mA or RS485 output optional, easy to integrate with PLC/DCS system. Redundancy design and composite function design (such as vibration and temperature composite) may be adopted, and dual-channel or multi-sensor redundant configuration may be adopted as required.

I. Sensors of oil lubrication station system

1. Oil pressure sensor

- Measurement range: 0 ~ 1500kg/cm * (customizable)

- Precision: ± 0.5% (typical), temperature drift ± 0.01%/K

- Overload capacity: 6 times full range

- Applicable scene: gearbox lubricant pressure monitoring, vibration resistance and pressure spike.

- Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ + 150 ℃

- Response time: ≤ 5 seconds (T0.5)

Structural features: Spring Load Telescopic Probe, adapt to strong vibration environment.

Output: Dual backup signal output, optional 4-20mA or Pt100.

II、 Coal Mill Monitoring System Sensor

1. Vibration sensors

Type: Magnetoelectric or piezoelectric accelerometer

50 mv/mm/s: sensitivity 50 mv/mm/s ± 5%, frequency response 10 ~ 500Hz, suitable for 0 ~ 50mm/s.

Or output 4 ~ 20mA, range 0 ~ 500μm (peak-peak), frequency response 5 ~ 300Hz, support lightning protection and overload protection.

2. Integrated vibration temperature sensor (integrated PT100 platinum resistance)

Parameter indicators:

- Temperature range: 0 ~ 200 ℃, ambient temperature - 30 ~ + 3100 ℃ (short-time tolerance)

- Vibration monitoring: sensitivity 45 mV/mm/s ± 5%, frequency response 10 ~ 500 Hz.

 3. Shaft vibration/displacement sensor

- Measurement range: 0 ~ ± 2.0mm (axial displacement)

- Output: 4 ~ 20 mA, accuracy ± 0.5% Full range

Parameter indicators:

- Speed range: 0 ~ 5000 rpm

- Output signal: 4 ~ 20mA or RS485

III、 Pressure difference and flow sensor

1. Pressure difference sensor for lubricating oil filter

Function: Monitor the blockage of filter to ensure the smooth flow of oil.

- Parameters: usual range of 0 ~ 10 bar, accuracy ± 1%.

 2. Micro flow sensor for monitoring lubricating oil system

- Function: Monitors the flow of lubricating oil to prevent undersupply.

- Parameters: range according to pipeline design tailor-made, output switch signal or 4 ~ 20 mA or pulse signal.
