VPS-V1005 ultra-low frequency vibration sensor

I. Description

The VPS-V1005 ultra-low frequency vibration sensor belongs to the inertial sensor. It converts vibration signals into electrical signals by using the principle of electromagnetic induction. It is mainly composed of magnetic circuit systems, inertial masses, damping magnetic springs and other parts. A magnet is rigidly fixed in the sensor housing, and the inertial mass (coil assembly) is suspended from the housing by a magnetic spring element. When in operation, install the sensor on the machine. When the machine vibrates, within the working frequency range of the sensor, the coil moves relatively to the magnet and cuts the magnetic field lines, generating an induced voltage within the coil. This voltage signal is proportional to the vibration velocity value of the object being measured. Replace the Bently9200 vibration sensor of the same type from Bentley Nevada.

The displacement signal can be obtained by integrating and amplifying the output voltage signal of VPS-V1005D. It is mainly used for vibration measurement in hydroelectric units, low-speed rotating machines (coal mills), engineering buildings (such as DAMS and Bridges), etc.

The VPS-V1005P magnetic-electric induction vibration sensor is an electromagnetic sensor that directly outputs voltage. It does not require a power supply and is easy to install. The vibration sensor is intrinsically safe. When paired with the associated equipment, the Zina safety barrier, and the secondary instrument, it can form an intrinsically safe explosion-proof vibration monitoring system, which is applied in enterprises such as steel, power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and petrochemicals.

Installation method

1. Fix it at the center hole of the base with an M8 double-ended bolt (effective depth 10mm);

2. Fix it with two M5 screws at the circular Angle of φ59.
