I. Description
Shanghai Yuanben Magnetoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. researches, develops and produces speed encoders for high-speed railway locomotives. All performance indicators have reached a level similar to that of international products. It can replace the Japanese speed sensors TS5840N series and TS5841N series (also known as speed encoders).
Based on the principle of magnetic induction, the solid alloy shell is processed by CNC integrated processing. It is resistant to interference, surge, vibration and shock, with superior performance. It can withstand high and low temperature changes, is dust-proof, water-proof and oil-proof, with a protection level of IP67. It has a self-healing speed signal function and is stable and reliable in performance.
The product can be applied to the production of CRH2 high-speed railway vehicles by CSR, CRH3 high-speed railway vehicles by CNR, and various types of heavy-duty mainline locomotives and metro vehicles by CSR and CNR.
